1. Service Description

PDF to eBay ("the Service") is a web-based tool that converts supplier PDF price lists into eBay-compatible CSV files for aftermarket auto parts sellers.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any law or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use automated scripts to bulk-upload files beyond your plan limits

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts include 3 PDF conversions per month
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — it remains active until the end of the billing period

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service uses AI-powered OCR to extract data from PDFs. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data. You are responsible for reviewing the output before uploading to eBay or any other platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate data extraction, service downtime, or any other use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pdftoebay.com.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
