We believe in earning your business — that's why every account starts with 3 free PDF conversions per month, no credit card required. You can fully experience the service, test it with your own supplier PDFs, and see exactly what you'll get before spending a dollar.
Because of this try-before-you-buy model, all purchases are final once made.
1. Subscriptions (Starter & Pro Plans)
Paid plans are non-refundable. You had the chance to evaluate the service on the Free plan first, so you know what to expect.
That said, we make cancellation easy and hassle-free:
- Cancel anytime — from your Account Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal, no questions asked
- Keep your access — your plan stays active through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for
- No surprise charges — once cancelled, you will never be billed again
2. Boost Packs (One-Time Credits)
Boost Pack credits are non-refundable once purchased. They're available for 12 months after purchase and are only consumed when a conversion succeeds.
3. Failed Conversions — You're Protected
If our system fails to process your PDF — whether due to an OCR error, unsupported format, or any technical issue on our end — the conversion does not count against your quota. Your monthly allowance or Boost Pack credits are automatically restored.
This happens automatically. No support tickets, no waiting.
4. Something Doesn't Look Right?
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a significant service issue, reach out within 7 days of the charge. We review every case individually and may issue an account credit toward future use.

- Your account email
- Date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of what happened
