1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a secure hash). When you upload PDF files, we temporarily store them to process your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account management — to authenticate you and manage your subscription
• PDF processing — to extract, map, and clean data from your supplier price lists
• Service improvement — to monitor system performance and improve accuracy

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1, R2). PDF files and parsed data are isolated per user account. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and bcrypt hashing for passwords.

4. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and data storage
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your credit card numbers)
• Google Fonts — web fonts (Inter, Playfair Display)

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session token). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your uploaded PDFs and parsed data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your files at any time from the Dashboard. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@pdftoebay.com.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
